I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at Saarland University. My research focuses on fairness, pluralistic alignment, and human-centered approaches to building AI systems that genuinely serve everyone, with multilinguality at the core of this vision.
I have a background in mathematics and computer science, and a PhD in computational linguistics. My previous work examined how non-native and non-standard language varieties are often misrepresented in NLP systems, and I continue to explore similar challenges in modern AI.
Outside of research, I enjoy reading comics and traveling.
Feel free to reach out if you'd like to chat about any of the above!
